dane's parentals & more...

my goodness i really do suck at remembering to keep this thing up to date. so since last time i was here a few things have happened.

1. dane's parents came to visit us!! we are so blessed that we had both our parents come and visit in the same month!! it was so fun! they were only here for 2 1/2 days so we had to make the most of it. On saturday dane got to play tour guide and gave a tour of NAU. then we got to introduce pita pit to them mmmmmm yummmy! next we ended the night with some mini lava cakes (made by yours truly) and watching the book of eli. sunday slept in and than went to hang out in jerome for the day. i had the BEST pesto pasta i have ever had. susie and i were in heaven, LOTS of shopping and ended the day there with ice cream from wait for it.... THRIFTY'S! please tell me you all remember? if you don't i might have a stroke. came home and ordered some pizza and watched more movies (clearly calories were not on my mind this weekend lol). by the time i knew it, it was  monday and i had to go back to work. i was lucky that i got to take a long lunch and see them at lumberyard before they had to leave.
2. gooooooodbye credit card debt. dane got his financial aid this week and with the rest of his grants (i LOVE money that doesn't have to be paid back!) we paid off ALL of my credit cards and a few more of dane's. we went from 7 cards to now only 2. wow...when i read that...7 cards...ouch. i am a happy girl!
3. austin is in town! started it off last night with some bww and than he stole my husband for the night lol boys will be boys. off to downtown tonight!
4. i found out i am going to be a bridesmaid! i am sooo excited. i have never been in a wedding before. sooo happy for you nessa xoxo

....so i think that's it for now. i have been totally sucking about taking more pictures i know. maybe because i have just been having so much fun i'm forgetting to whip that baby out?? sure that sounds good....we will go with that one.
